You can also make a WebView app, but there's no real benefit. When you click on it, it just opens your site as a browser would.

i thought it costs per month to put it on google or apple store so people can download it?

Oh, no. On Play Store you have one-time fee of like 20$ to create an account.
On App Store it's much more, around 100$ I think.
